Come to The Steacie Science and Engineering Library on Thursday, October 11 and help us celebrate Ada Lovelace Day! Women in the various STEM fields are generally underrepresented in Wikipedia. We need look no further than the recent case of new Nobel Laureate Donna Strickland from the University of Waterloo. When someone tried to create a Wikipedia article for her earlier this year, it was rejected because she wasn’t famous enough!
