Cream Tea with Inspirational Women

On Saturday 5th October at 2.30pm, Porlock will be celebrating International Ada Lovelace Day with a “Cream Tea with Inspirational Women”.  Five women, from the worlds of art, travel, film, education and theatre will be sharing their passions, their achievements and their inspirations in an event to mark the birthday of the woman regarded as being the first computer programmer. 

The speakers are Molly Rooke, Hilary Bradt, Lynn Pearson, Jane Keeley and Sarah Peterkin in Porlock Village Hall.

Tickets are £8.00 available from Porlock SPAR, Porlock Visitor Centre, online at www.wegottickets.com and via Facebook.

A limited number of tickets for students at £2.00 will be available on the door only.
