Nők a Tudományban Egyesület (NaTE)
NaTE is the Association of Hungarian Women in Science, founded in 2011, who work to promote technology to girls by running events and training programmes. They sponsor Girls’ Day, a national day of STEM aimed at girls that has had over 10,000 participants, and interest from 100 organisations. They also run mentoring and shadowing initiatives, and contribute to the EU EFFORTI (Evaluation Framework for Promoting Gender Equality in R&I) project. In 2018 they won the Nature Research Innovating Science Award for their promotion of women in STEM.
