Emma is a neuroscientist and change agent for equity in STEM. She leads a team at the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health researching genetic mutations in disorders such as autism. She is also a board director of Women in STEMM Australia, co-founder of Women in Science Parkville Precinct, a science communicator, and mentor for early-stage researchers.
