WiSET Mosaic Unveiling

The University of Southampton Women in Science, Engineering and Technology (WiSET) group are unveiling a mosaic made up of hundreds of selfies of women from across the university. The aim of the mosaic is to increase the visual representation of women within the university whilst celebrating their achievements. The mosaic is located at the Southampton General Hospital academic block and is located pride of place outside one of the main Lecture Theaters for all to see.
The Chair of WiSET, Dr Katrina Morgan, will be saying a few words at the unveiling about WiSET, the mosaic and Ada Lovelace Day whilst the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Professor Iain Cameron, and Chair of the University Athena Swan committee, will also say a few words.
