The future educational and professional choices of girls today are biased. Will the rapid and widespread technological acceleration envisaged by ecological and digital transition projects increase the gender gap or favor inclusive growth processes?
Ada Lovelace mathematician and literate recalls how integrating technical, humanistic, and social skills, summarized in the recent acronym STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math), presents itself as a condition for the development of innovative ideas and the necessary critical and creative skills, both for men and women, for balanced and equal development.
