An interactive event with Barclays role models (men and women).

- Tracy Bessant (MD) – GTIS Transformation
During the event the role models will host group discussions with up to 8 attendees per table, sharing their career stories, their own experiences and their thoughts on improving gender diversity in technology. The role models will rotate around the groups and spending around 10-15 mins with each group.
