Geek & Tech Girls is a newly born community which aim is to engage more women into technology, and encourage girls in STEM. We have chosen the ALD as the day for our first meeting as Ada is, or we think should be, a role model for every woman, interested in technology or not. We will meet once a month to talk about women in technology and to share knowledge and experiences in “a man’s world”, discussing how to enhance this situation and fighting for gender equality.
