VHTO, the Dutch National Expert Organisation on Girls/Women and Science/Technology, makes an effort in many different ways to increase the involvement of women and girls STEM. To make more young girls interested in IT, there is the project DigiVita.
During the Dutch Codeweek (10-17 October) there are two events: DigiVita Code Events. Girls will learn programming from female IT-students. http://www.vhto.nl/projecten/digivita/
