While Ada Lovelace is where it all began, we want to keep the momentum going and inspire current and future generations of women to take up careers in digital and tech. As part of our Digital Futures programme we are hosting an event to celebrate and showcase the diversity of amazing women in tech and their achievements.
You can’t be what you can’t see. Help us change that. We’ll be working with groups of young women from local Greater Manchester schools and colleges to raise their awareness and exposure to the many faces of women in tech and the many pathways open to them. We also want to enthuse them by getting hands-on with digital skills.
