Ada Lovelace Day Edit-a-thon

8 October 2019 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Free

Join us in the library to participate in the Ada Lovelace Day Edit-a-thon with Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum! We will be live-streaming the event, and can help those new to editing Wikipedia get started. Please bring your laptop if you’d like to participate.

During this edit-a-thon, we will be updating articles related to the history of women in STEM in the United States in connection with Ada Lovelace Day. This is the third edit-a-thon in a series planned in conjunction with the Smithsonian American Women’s Initiative, a multiyear undertaking to document, research, collect, display, and share the history of women in the United States.
