Lotus STEMM
Location: South Asia
Lotus STEMM is a grassroots community for South Asian women which works to increase the visibility of and inspire South Asian girls and women in STEM. They provide resources for parents and teachers as well as students, and workshops and mentoring to help women develop skills. They run competitions, such as the recent Degrees of Success video contest, and carry out research on issues affecting women. In 2020, they were awarded The STEM Squad Cross-Pollination Grant for their mentorship program.
