Ada Lovelace Day comes to Hong Kong!
On Ada’s 200th birthday on 10 December 2015, the annual maths departmental newsletter of the Chinese University of Hong Kong will publish stories and achievements of current and past female mathematics students at the university.

One of our organisers, Cassandra Lee, will be giving a briefing at Room 222 on the newsletter prior to her maths talk on Morse theory from 2:30pm to 4:30pm local time on Ada Lovelace Day 2015. Cassandra is one of the writers in ALD’s upcoming book More Passion for Science: Journeys into the Unknown and the powerhouse behind the idea for the newsletter.
