NYU Ada Lovelace Day

FreeTo honor Ada Lovelace, New York University will be hosting the third annual NYU Ada Lovelace Day event featuring women in STEAM.
The event will feature women from a variety of STEAM fields sharing how they came to their current career paths and who inspired them along the way. There will also be an opportunity for networking. This event is open to ALL and we hope you will join us in promoting women in STEAM!
Speakers include: Dr. Rebeccah Pailes-Friedman, founder of Interwoven Design Group and Adjunct Associate Professor at Pratt, Dr. Ayana Elizabeth Johnson, founder of Ocean Collectiv, marine biologist, and policy expert, Dr. Sophie Zaaijer, CEO of PlayDNA, postdoctoral fellow at the New York Genome Center, and Runway postdoc at Cornell Tech, and Deniz Vurmaz, NYU Tandon PhD student and founder of Lost-Bytes.
