Brain Barn in Pendleton, SC is proud to be celebrating Ada Lovelace Day on Oct. 9th from 5pm to 8pm. We are celebrating the accomplishments and contributions that women have made in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math over the last 200 years. We will have student engineer representation from the Professional Engineering Fraternity at Clemson University (Comprised of over 44% women members in engineering and computer science majors). We welcome all people interested in learning about engineering as a possible career and hope that we can facilitate communication from professionals in the field, engineering students and computer science majors to our youth.
Dream It. Do It. Our future depends on our rising youth. Please come by and check us out, light refreshments will be served.
