SUMMARY:San Cristóbal: 1º Jornada de Talleres STEM para niñas y mujeres adolescentes
DESCRIPTION:https://www.fiq.unl.edu.ar/culturacientifica/ada-lovelace/ \nDurante un día y en cinco localidades diferentes\, se realizarán una serie de talleres lúdicos con sesiones de resolución de problemas\, con el objetivo de promover las carreras STEM (acrónimo de Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, and Math: ciencias\, tecnología\, ingeniería y matemáticas) y alentar a las niñas a continuar sus estudios en ciencia de datos\, computación\, ingeniería\, matemáticas\, ayudándolas a comprender la importancia del rol de la mujer en la Ciencia.\n—\nDuring one day and in five different locations\, a series of fun workshops with problem-solving sessions will be held\, with the aim of promoting STEM careers (acronym for Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, and Math: science\, technology\, engineering and mathematics ) and encourage girls to continue their studies in data science\, computing\, engineering\, mathematics\, helping them understand the importance of the role of women in Science. \n  \nAcerca del evento \nEn el marco de los festejos mundiales del Día de Ada Lovelace\, se lleva a cabo la 1° Jornada de Talleres STEM destinada a niñas y mujeres adolescentes\, de manera simultánea en Buenos Aires y Santa Fe.\nEl encuentro propone una serie de talleres lúdicos con sesiones de resolución de problemas para niñas de 10 a 12 años\, con el objetivo de promover las carreras STEM y alentar a las niñas a continuar sus estudios en ciencia de datos\, computación\, ingeniería\, matemáticas\, ayudándolas a comprender la importancia del rol de la mujer en la Ciencia. \nParticipan instituciones universitarias de CABA\, Santa Fe\, Rosario\, Rafaela y San Cristóbal: \n• Buenos Aires: Facultad de Ciencias Exactas y Naturales. Universidad de Buenos Aires.\n• Santa Fe: Facultad de Ingeniería Química y Facultad de Ingeniería y Ciencias Hídricas. Universidad Nacional del Litoral\n• Rosario: Facultad de Ciencias Exactas\, Ingeniería y Agrimensura. Universidad Nacional de Rosario.\n• Rafaela: Universidad Nacional de Rafaela\n• San Cristóbal: Club de Ciencias Dr. Francisco De Pedro. Museo de Ciencias Naturales del Departamento San Cristóbal. \nSe convocan a 30 participantes de nivel primario que asistan a diferentes escuelas de cada localidad\, acompañadas por docentes\, familias y/o tutores a cargo. Asimismo\, las diferentes sedes contarán con un equipo interdisciplinario de docentes y estudiantes\, encargado de llevar adelante la propuesta y la organización logística del evento.
