Her plan to calculate Bernoulli numbers using the engine is now widely considered as the world’s first computer program. Thus\, proving that the discussion of women in technology dates back to before the industry existed. \nAda has become a symbol for women in STEM fields\, to celebrate her accomplishments\, Intelliware invites local middle and high school students to the office to become more educated in STEM-based careers. An estimated 100 Women from the Women Who Code Toronto Organization will be taking over the Intelliware DevSpace to listen to our Chief Technologist BC Holmes discuss Blockchain. BC Holmes will take a deep dive into Blockchain\, the invisible technology that’s changing the world. She will discuss the applications of Blockchain\, developments in the technology\, and why it’s a big deal. \nBC often works with leading-edge technologies and has successfully delivered dozens of software projects.
