DESCRIPTION:We want to celebrate Ada Lovelace Day with a look into the graphic novel “The thrilling adventures of Lovelace & Babbage”\, a video lecture from the author Sydney Padua\, a women inventors pub quiz and your stories about women scientiests\, technicians\, engineers and mathematicians who inspired or impressed you. Please register at ald@notraces.net and indicate whether you want to present a heroine (max 5 min\, presentation slides optional). Quiz teams will be formed on site\, but you may also sign up as a gang of four. Beyond the great fun and the bright company of like-minded people\, we have awesome prizes for you!\n \nThe event is supported by the Faculty of Computer Science\, TU Dresden and the Association of Friends and Sponsors of TU Dresden.
